Stamp Collecting Day

The Lincoln Stamp Club invites anyone with an interest in stamps to view exhibits, watch demonstrations, and get advice on collecting stamps.  Admission is free and there will be tubs of stamps that cost only a penny each for children or a nickel each for adults, or you can fill a bucket for $1 or $5.  There will also be other tables with U.S. and foreign stamps at bargain prices.  You can bring a collection for a free evaluation and there will be trained counselors for scouts working on their merit badges.


February 29 and March 1, 2020

The Club’s annual stamp show, set for the last weekend of February annually, features dealers in stamps from the United States and around the world, postal history, and stamp collecting products. A panel of knowledgeable Club members offer free evaluations of collections. The Children’s Table gives kids and adults the chance to buy domestic and global stamps for only a penny or nickel each. The United States Postal Service sells current stamps on Saturday. Members’ will exhibit showpieces from their collections. The Club produces a show cover and a commemorative postmark.

The stamp show will be held at Country Inn & Suites, 5353 North 27th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.  Saturday hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Sunday hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Admission and parking are free and the venue is barrier free.
